A school district leader, municipal officer, civic-org board member, or long-time community supporter who wants the cooperative to stay rooted in Northwest Arkansas (or in a host community where a Hub charters).

How you contribute

What this seat actually owns

  • Holds 1 of 2 Class C (Community) seats on the 9-seat democratic board.
  • Carries the community voice into decisions about cross-subsidy, school pricing, hometown-Hub charters, and the Urban Recovery Mining program.
  • Acts as the public-trust check on the multi-stakeholder split.
  • Sits on at least one standing committee — typically community or recovery.
  • Represents Community in the multi-stakeholder split (4 Patron · 3 Worker · 2 Community).
A day or week in the role

The rhythm
