On It Robotics ("we", "us") is a planned multi-stakeholder cooperative based in Arkansas. This policy explains what we collect from visitors and waitlist signups during our pre-launch phase.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, apply for a role, or submit a supplier pitch.
- ZIP / postal code — to plan future service areas.
- Optional: name, phone, message, resume link, company info.
- Technical: IP address and basic browser info (standard server logs).
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the cooperative's launch and your specific interest.
- To cluster demand by region for fleet rollout planning.
- To evaluate role applications and supplier submissions.
Where it goes
Data is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, US region). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. Outreach is conducted from leads@onitrobotics.com.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies (for sign-in). No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
Email leads@onitrobotics.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. Apprentice roles are limited to legal working age in the applicant's jurisdiction.
