Pre-launch & Forward-Looking Statements

Last updated: 7/4/2026

Every dollar figure, salary, percentage split, partner name, credential, certification, headcount, and date shown on this site is a planned target — not a current operating reality.

What this means

  • The cooperative entity has not yet been formed.
  • No service is currently being delivered for compensation.
  • No payments are being processed.
  • Revenue split percentages (10/20/70), bounty amounts ($125), core charges, and stipend rates are designed targets pending member ratification.
  • Pod ratios (1 Runner + 4 Apprentices = 200 properties) and AR-reimbursement targets (~75%) are operational design targets, not historical performance.
  • School pricing is designed to come in under the school's existing commercial mowing line item, with deeper discounts contingent on student participation as Runners and Apprentices.
  • "Aspirations" page metrics are illustrative — actual operating data begins at launch.

Not a securities offering

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, membership share, or financial instrument. Cooperative shares (Class A Patron / Class B Worker / Class C Community) require a formal subscription agreement issued after entity formation.

Not employment

Job and apprentice descriptions describe planned roles. Submitting interest does not create an employment relationship or guarantee a position.

Not a service contract

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service availability in your area or at any planned price.

Planned cooperative conversion

The site describes a planned three-phase path from LLC to multi-stakeholder cooperative. See /path for the public summary and /legal/forward-looking for the dedicated forward-looking disclosure.

AI agents and automated access

The cooperative plans to expose member-readable data through documented schemas and scoped read-only tokens — see the planned Member Data Charter and AI Use Policy. Members may use third-party AI agents against their own data. The cooperative is not responsible for actions taken by third-party agents that a member has authorized, and reserves the right to rate-limit or revoke access that threatens platform reliability or other members.
