1. Pre-launch status
On It Robotics is a planned multi-stakeholder cooperative. Formal entity formation, member subscription agreements, and operating service are pending. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, employment, or guaranteed service.
2. Acceptance
By using this website, joining the waitlist, or submitting any form, you agree to these terms.
3. No payments yet
We are not currently processing payments. Any pricing shown is a planned target and may change before launch.
4. As-is
The site is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Information is informational only and may change without notice.
5. User submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (waitlist, applications, supplier pitches). Do not submit confidential third-party information.
6. Cooperative model
References to Class A / Patron, Class B / Worker, Class C / Community shares, revenue splits, bounties, and stipends describe the planned structure. Actual share issuance requires a formal subscription agreement after entity formation and member vote.
7. AI agents and automated access
The cooperative plans to publish stable schemas and scoped read-only tokens so members can point their own AI agents, scripts, or third-party tools at their own data. Members are responsible for the actions of any agent they authorize. The cooperative may rate-limit, revoke, or deprecate agent access with notice when needed to protect platform reliability or other members. Irreversible actions (money movement, role changes, settlement) require explicit human confirmation regardless of how they are initiated. See the planned Member Data Charter and AI Use Policy.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute will first be addressed via good-faith mediation before any other remedy.
