- Holds 1 of 3 Class B (Worker) seats on the 9-seat democratic board.
- Carries the field crew's voice into bylaws, pay scales, safety, and the patronage formula.
- Reviews and signs off on the autonomous-actions matrix (how splits and decisions are coded into the Sovereign OS).
- Sits on at least one standing committee.
- Represents Workers in the multi-stakeholder split (4 Patron · 3 Worker · 2 Community).
A day or week in the role
The rhythm
- 1Monthly board meeting (≈2 hours).
- 2Quarterly committee work.
- 3Field rotation continues — the seat is part-time on top of an operator role.
