Sovereign OS — Lead Architect

Owns the end-to-end architecture of the Sovereign OS: split-ledger correctness, multi-tenant isolation, and the IF/THEN settlement rules that keep the corporate middle layer thin.
The right person
A senior engineer who has shipped a multi-tenant SaaS, a payments platform, or a marketplace settlement system. You think in correctness, audit trails, and durable state — not just shipping features.
What this seat actually owns
- Owns the autonomous-actions matrix in code: profile-based splits, Core Charge, Orphan Bounty, IP rake.
- Owns multi-tenant isolation and Row-Level Security posture (with the Security lead).
- Designs the upgrade path from steward-LLC operation to post-Flip cooperative operation.
- Coordinates with the four other OS leads (Robotics, Data, Security, plus Generalists).
- Sits on the six-expert Safety Net (Reliability seat).
The rhythm
- 1Design reviews on every new settlement rule.
- 2Weekly architecture review with the OS team.
- 3Monthly: review the audit trail with the CFO and Counsel.
Where this seat can grow
Long-term technical leadership for the Sovereign OS — the part of the cooperative that replaces the corporate middle layer. Patronage participation is planned post-Flip.
