The right person
A data engineer or analytics engineer with billing-system or finance-platform experience. You like building reports that the CFO and the board can both read without a translator.
How you contribute
What this seat actually owns
- Owns the patronage allocation engine — every customer charge traceable to a Member dividend.
- Builds the cross-subsidy reports (Municipal/Commercial funding Standard Residential).
- Designs the audit trail the cooperative Counsel and CFO sign off on.
- Owns the board's standing financial dashboards.
- Sits on the six-expert Safety Net (Compliance seat for reporting).
A day or week in the role
The rhythm
- 1Monthly close cycle support with the CFO.
- 2Quarterly board reporting deliverables.
- 3Ongoing: data-quality monitoring and the audit trail.

Long-term ownership of the settlement and patronage engine. Patronage participation is planned post-Flip.
