The right person
A full-stack engineer who wants to ship cooperative infrastructure, not just another SaaS. Comfortable working across the stack — TanStack Start, Supabase, settlement rules, the operator-facing tablet view.
What this seat actually owns
- Ships features across the operator portal, the member portal, and the admin/ledger views.
- Pairs with the OS leads (Architect, Robotics, Data, Security) on the harder cuts.
- Helps maintain the autonomous-actions matrix as new revenue streams come online.
- Participates in design review for any change that touches the split.
- Patronage participation is planned post-Flip; pre-Flip is contract.
The rhythm
- 1Weekly sprint with the OS team.
- 2Code review on every change touching the ledger.
- 3Occasional field ride-along to keep the operator view honest.
Where this seat can grow
Entry point onto the OS team. Path forward is specialization into one of the four lead seats (Architect, Robotics, Data, Security) as the cooperative scales.
